After Sales & Services Engineer

About the role

The After Sales & Services Engineer is responsible for delivering on‑site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power transformers for our electrical products division. Reporting to the After Sales & Services Manager, you will lead a small team to ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the work group to complete power transformer installations on site according to the project plan and quality standards.
• Coordinate on‑site service activities as scheduled by the service manager, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee maintenance services during the product guarantee period, preparing required materials and tools in advance.
• Collaborate with customers and logistics to ready the site for team visits.
• Work with the after‑sales collection team to close punch lists and provide evidence of job completion.
• Troubleshoot product issues on site, document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Report weekly progress on installations and customer complaints to the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in after‑sales and service roles.
