AI & Automation Analyst

About the role

The AI & Automation Analyst will leverage artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance business value, improve operational efficiency, and support data‑driven decision‑making. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and integrate AI‑powered solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation across business processes.
• Design and develop AI algorithms, machine‑learning models, and automation scripts.
• Create detailed technical specifications and architectural designs for AI‑enabled workflows.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing systems, digital platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track performance and enable continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and end‑users to align solutions with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience implementing AI, machine‑learning, and automation tools in a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications such as RPA Developer, AI/ML, or PMP are preferred.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities for preparing datasets.
• Experience building AI algorithms, machine‑learning models, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of RPA development and deployment.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and integration with enterprise applications.
