AI Developer – Generative AI & LLMs

About the role

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI‑driven solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Your focus will be on building innovative AI use cases and prototypes – including cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions – that unlock new value streams for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Apply machine learning and Generative AI techniques, especially LLMs and agents, to solve business problems.
• Dive into large, complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities with clear business impact.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of selected AI use cases, from prototyping to production deployment.
• Summarize and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional squads with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders across markets.
• Work within Agile/SAFe delivery models and follow related ways of working.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on AI experience, with at least 1 year focused on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering).
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to communicate across teams daily.
• Problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods domain is a plus.
