AI Developer – Generative AI & Machine Learning

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, prototype, and deploy AI‑driven solutions across multiple business functions. You will work in a SAFe Agile environment, collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into production‑ready models.

Key responsibilities

• Apply machine‑learning and Generative AI techniques, focusing on large language models and AI agents.
• Explore large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and business opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI use cases, from proof‑of‑concept to production deployment.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Participate in cross‑functional squads using Azure DevOps and SAFe Agile practices.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on AI experience, including at least 1 year focused on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to collaborate across teams.
