AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The role focuses on building LLM‑based assistants, agents, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch AI‑driven applications and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain LLM‑based assistants, agents, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Create agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and other AI orchestration technologies.
• Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.
• Evaluate, test, and improve AI model performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Contribute to machine‑learning initiatives, including data preparation, model development, and performance analysis when required.
• Monitor AI solutions in production and continuously enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Stay current with advances in Generative AI, AI agents, and machine‑learning technologies.

Required profile

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with agentic AI patterns, tool/function calling, and multi‑step workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, observability, and AI evaluation practices.
• Experience working with open‑source LLMs and modern AI deployment frameworks.
