AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions across our 29+ markets. You will work in a SAFe Agile product team, collaborating with product managers, data engineers and business stakeholders to turn innovative Generative AI concepts into production‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Apply machine‑learning and Generative AI techniques, focusing on large language models and AI agents, to solve business problems.
• Explore large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities with measurable impact.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI use cases, from prototyping through production deployment.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work within cross‑functional squads using Azure DevOps and SAFe Agile practices.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on AI experience, including at least 1 year focused on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and ability to communicate effectively across teams on a daily basis.

Required skills

• Python, PySpark and SQL (preferably on Databricks).
• Experience with big‑data and AI platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Fabric, Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Hands‑on knowledge of large language models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, function calling, MCP and prompt engineering.
