About the role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of our HVAC and cable management solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key accounts and delivering technical proposals to industrial clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Deliver presentations to both technical and managerial audiences.
- Report sales activities using internal reporting tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into commercial value.
Required skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with sales reporting tools.
