HORECA Manager – FMCG Experience

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic HORECA Manager with solid FMCG experience to lead and expand its food‑service channel in the 6th of October City region. The role involves building strong relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the HORECA (food service) channel in alignment with the company’s strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, unit head chefs, contract catering managers and buyers.
• Oversee chef manship and application management to increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to support regional performance.
• Maximise volume and revenue in assigned accounts using fact‑based selling methods.
• Acquire new food‑service accounts and activate marketplace initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor pricing, contracts and promotional programs to ensure profitability and brand development.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in HORECA, food‑service, FMCG or distributor sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and verbal Arabic.
