About the role
We are looking for an Analyst, IT Applications to join our team in 6th of October City. The role provides first‑line support for business users and SAP applications, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to business users, addressing application and system issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that disrupt application services and business operations.
- Track, manage and report support issues with proper documentation and follow‑up.
- Analyze support tickets, take ownership of investigations and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues and improvement proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team.
- Deliver first‑line SAP system support, assisting users and minimizing operational disruptions.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
