Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality native Android applications. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver performant and secure mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend developers to define features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to best-practice development standards.
• Implement security and data-protection measures.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack components and Material Design.
• Familiarity with MVVM, MVC or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Experience using Git for version control.
