Application Specialist - Medical Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Application Specialist to support and enhance enterprise applications used in medical manufacturing. The role combines technical support, system optimisation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure reliable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support, maintenance and continuous enhancement of business applications.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability.
• Develop, test and implement application enhancements and software modifications.
• Gather and analyse functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Perform coding, unit testing and system‑maintenance activities following development standards.
• Support deployments, upgrades and change‑management activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides and system documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience in application support, software development or enterprise application maintenance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and delivering high‑quality technical solutions.
