About the role
Pinerium is looking for a proactive Application Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internal Zoho applications. You will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing issues and will help them use Zoho tools effectively in their daily work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho People and other internal Zoho systems.
- Troubleshoot functional bugs, workflow errors, permission problems and system outages.
- Escalate complex technical problems to developers or implementation teams.
- Guide users on navigation, best practices, and onboarding to Zoho applications.
- Maintain accurate ticket records, document resolutions, and contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles.
- Monitor recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and assist with testing after updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, help‑desk or SaaS support.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and clear communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Own laptop and be a non‑smoker.
