Arabic Language Specialist – Remote Transcription Expert

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Arabic Language Specialist to join our remote team as a transcription expert. You will work with Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) audio files, ensuring high‑quality transcriptions that support AI training and data‑annotation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe audio content in Modern Standard Arabic with exceptional accuracy and fluency.
• Review and correct machine‑generated transcriptions to guarantee correctness and clarity.
• Add relevant metadata tags and annotations to enhance the data for AI processing.
• Identify contextual information and highlight linguistic nuances as needed.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output.
• Collaborate with the client’s team, providing clear written and verbal feedback on data quality.

Required profile

• Fluent proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in audio transcription with a demonstrable record of accuracy.
• Strong expertise in adding and managing metadata tags and annotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to spot and correct errors in machine‑generated transcription outputs.
