Arabic Social Media Assistant (Cairo)

About the role

TGP International, a hospitality consultancy operating in London and Dubai, is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Social Media Assistant to join its Cairo team. The role supports the planning, creation and management of social media content for a portfolio of F&B and retail clients, helping to drive brand awareness, footfall and reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create monthly social media calendars for multiple clients in both Arabic and English.
• Produce in‑house video reels and TikTok clips, capturing on‑site footage and low‑resolution photoshoots.
• Edit visual assets using CapCut, Canva or similar editing platforms.
• Write photography briefs, oversee photoshoots and develop aesthetic moodboards that align with brand guidelines.
• Draft and send email campaigns in line with overall marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain influencer contact lists, negotiate collaborations and track promotions.
• Maintain marketing trackers, calendars and meeting minutes, and update website menus when required.
• Suggest community‑building initiatives to increase follower engagement and drive reservations.

Required profile

• Bilingual copywriting ability in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of audience insights to inform campaigns.
• Attention to brand tone of voice and visual consistency across channels.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
