Arabic Teacher - Preparatory Stage

About the role

The Egypt Education Platform is recruiting an Arabic teacher for the Preparatory Stage at Madinaty Language School (MLS) in New Cairo City, with immediate hiring. The workplace is on site and the department is the language school. The teacher will inspire students' Arabic language development and cultural appreciation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive Arabic language curriculum tailored to Preparatory Stage students.
• Design and run engaging lesson plans that build language proficiency and literacy.
• Assess student progress regularly through observation, testing and feedback, and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
• Create an interactive, encouraging classroom environment that supports student participation.
• Use varied methods and materials, including technology, to improve engagement and learning.
• Collaborate with parents and the wider school community to support learning and address challenges.
• Take part in professional development and training to keep up with educational trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as an Arabic teacher, preferably at the preparatory level.
• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adopt innovative teaching strategies and integrate technology into lessons.
• Immediate availability to start teaching is preferred.
