Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter (Hybrid, Cairo)

About the role

AMS is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Maadi, Cairo. This hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote work and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles while meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA teams to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines and selection processes.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador, screening, engaging and aligning candidates before submission.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or RPO setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience advising hiring managers with market insights and best practices.
