Architecture Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Beverlyhills is looking for an Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join its on‑site team in Shorouk City, Cairo. You will translate innovative architectural concepts into precise technical documentation and ensure the constructability and quality of designs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and review of detailed shop drawings, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Contribute to advanced architectural design stages, focusing on construction detailing and material specifications.
• Act as a liaison between design teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow.
• Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, upholding high standards.
• Develop and manage project documentation, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively, offering practical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in architecture, construction, or civil engineering.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project progression.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of effective issue resolution.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
