Entry-Level Site Engineer (Civil & Architectural)

About the role

Green River for Urban Development is looking for five entry-level Site Engineers to join its expanding team in New Capital, Cairo. The role is on-site and central to the execution of construction and infrastructure projects, working within a supportive team to gain experience in project coordination, quality assurance and site management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily on-site operations so projects follow design specifications, budgets and timelines
• Work with project managers, architects and contractors to run projects smoothly
• Carry out regular site inspections to track progress and check safety and quality compliance
• Interpret and implement engineering and architectural drawings, including those produced in AutoCAD
• Give technical guidance and solve problems on site
• Prepare reports on project status, resource allocation and safety performance
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Required profile

• 0-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Strong foundation in civil engineering, construction, engineering principles, architecture and architectural engineering
• Understanding of site supervision, quality control and safety regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings
