ARIS Tool Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ARIS Tool Specialist to join Müller's Solutions and strengthen our business process management capabilities. In this role you will manage, implement and optimise the ARIS tool suite, supporting process modelling and improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, analyse and maintain business process models using ARIS, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Support business units in adopting ARIS and promote best practices for process documentation.
• Deliver training sessions to improve user proficiency with ARIS tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARIS specifications.
• Monitor data integrity in the ARIS repository, performing regular audits and updates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with BPM methodologies and emerging ARIS features.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues and optimise ARIS performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience working with ARIS tools in a BPM context.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling principles.
• Excellent analytical abilities and ability to present actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
