Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead its Food & Beverage Division. The role covers planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of employees and managers so that operations run smoothly and guests receive exceptional, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, motivate and coach employees and managers across multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring cultural and core standards are met
• Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control
• Drive creative revenue solutions to maximize profitability
• Build lasting relationships with guests and maintain a strong operational presence
• Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus of exceptional quality

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors while upholding company standards of conduct
