About the role
The Assistant Manager – GTB Digital will drive the development and maintenance of Mashreq Bank’s corporate digital banking platform built on the Oracle Banking suite. The role supports both web and mobile channels, delivering payment and cash‑liquidity solutions for corporate clients across the UAE and future IBG/FI locations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure and enhance digital banking functionalities for corporate customers.
- Collaborate with product, business, operations, development, vendors and information security teams to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Analyse requirements, manage change requests and oversee issue resolution.
- Coordinate product upgrades and custom implementations with Oracle and third‑party vendors.
- Provide technical support for web and mobile banking operations, including payments and liquidity management.
Required profile
- Strong functional and technical understanding of corporate digital banking processes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in a banking environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage end‑to‑end delivery.
Required skills
- Oracle Banking suite (implementation, configuration, upgrades).
