Assistant PR & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant PR & Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of public relations and marketing initiatives for Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis. Working on‑site, you will help promote the hotel’s brand, services and events across local and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit press releases, media kits and other PR materials aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Manage social media and digital content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts.
• Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
• Liaise with sales, events, operations and other internal teams to gather stories and information.
• Maintain PR and media databases and track campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Strong public relations and media relations abilities with experience building journalist and influencer networks.
• Proven experience drafting and editing press releases and related materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Background in marketing or hospitality marketing, familiar with digital and social media channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and engaging professionally with guests, partners and vendors.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands is preferred.
