Assistant Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Training Manager to bridge strategy and classroom execution within our call‑center environment. You will ensure training programs translate into agent excellence and operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor agent performance and certification to guarantee smooth transition from training to production.
• Participate in project kick‑offs and allocate trainers based on project complexity and departmental needs.
• Manage daily performance of trainers, provide feedback, and report to the Training Manager.
• Audit training sessions for consistency, quality, and brand compliance.
• Deliver core training programs such as Orientation, Customer Service, and Technical courses.
• Oversee specialized Team Leader training to develop internal leadership.
• Analyze training effectiveness using reports, surveys, and performance data.
• Resolve training‑related complaints and implement corrective actions promptly.

Required profile

• TTT (Train the Trainer) or TOT certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑center or training environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for classroom delivery and executive reporting.
• Proven leadership skills to delegate, coach, and manage time in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Experience using training delivery software.
