Associate Campaigns

About the role

As an Associate Campaigns you will help drive Instashop’s performance by planning and executing special campaigns and promotions with partner shops. You will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with growth objectives and deliver strong ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure parity in deals, promotions and discounts across partner stores and the Instashop platform.
• Collaborate with partner shops to identify ongoing discounts, gather insights and develop new promotional strategies.
• Prepare detailed campaign plans, maintain records and produce post‑campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage the campaigns dashboard, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a structured campaign calendar for planning, execution and follow‑up.
• Align campaign plans with Account Managers and Marketing teams to synchronize with the overall marketing calendar.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of commercial principles and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with campaign dashboards and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design software (optional).
