Associate Core People Operations

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring an Associate in Core People Operations in Maadi. The role manages and resolves complex employee issues related to social insurance and labour office matters, handles governmental inspections and their findings, and works closely with HR Business Partners, core operations team members and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Handle end-to-end social insurance for employees, including medical insurance activities and payroll data accuracy.
• Create and maintain an accurate tracker of each employee's social insurance status and generate periodic reports.
• Manage employee file archiving.
• Review new joiners' hiring documents to ensure they are complete.
• Handle governmental inspections, identify findings and gaps, and work to resolve them.
• Generate reports on inspection results and stay updated on labour laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of core people operations experience and social insurance handling.
• Knowledge of local employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work on several projects at once, and strong personal and work ethics.
