Associate – Customer Project Document Management

About the role

The Associate will manage all project documentation from initiation through final hand‑over, acting as the main point of contact for the Project Manager and customer on documentation matters. The role ensures timely, accurate delivery of documents, maintains reporting, and supports quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all project documentation deliverables, ensuring conformance to specifications and deadlines.
• Calculate documentation effort, set up tracking systems, and conduct the first Master Document Register (MDR) with the Project Manager.
• Maintain regular communication with the core team, customers, suppliers and subcontractors on documentation status.
• Publish external documents, manage workflow roles, and handle remarks files for GCP Ops, customers and suppliers.
• Monitor critical documentation against the project schedule, generate progress reports and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare final documentation packages, hard copies and secure customer approval at project close.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; fluent English (additional language a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a project team, preferably in a plant or construction environment.
• Familiarity with Document Management System (DMS) tools and basic knowledge of CPP/PMP processes is advantageous.
