Associate Director, Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director, Operations to lead and support our operations across US and MENA offices, serving top technology clients worldwide. This senior leadership position will drive operational excellence, coordinate cross‑regional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day business operations across US and MENA locations, ensuring efficient task execution.
• Review operational performance metrics, prepare high‑level summaries and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop and implement tracking tools and initiatives to streamline internal processes.
• Oversee inter‑office coordination, resolve cross‑regional operational issues, and maintain seamless communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Development, Project Management, Project Controls, and Finance to support cross‑departmental initiatives.
