Associate Operations Manager – Malls

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day‑to‑day operations of our mall. The successful candidate will build strong tenant relationships, drive operational efficiency, and elevate the overall shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering all mall operations.
• Maintain long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with tenants and retail groups.
• Implement approved procedures across all mall functions and coordinate internal departments.
• Plan and oversee regular and periodic maintenance activities with department heads.
• Manage tenant dues collection and ensure timely resolution of financial issues.
• Address tenant complaints promptly, identifying root causes and ensuring legal compliance.
• Ensure all operations adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a strong corporate mall identity and enforce brand guidelines.
• Initiate and implement strategies to improve customer service and the shopping experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support mall objectives.

Required profile

• MBA in Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mall management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of commercial facilities management.
• Proven experience managing leasing contracts, negotiations, and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
