Associate People Operations

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate People Operations to support the full employee lifecycle across its store network. You will partner with Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, effective engagement, and compliant employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new store employees and conduct exit interviews to identify turnover trends.
• Analyze attrition data and support action‑planning initiatives to improve retention.
• Coordinate manpower planning activities, ensuring staffing plans align with business needs and maintaining accurate system transactions.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including on‑floor activities, town halls, and reward & recognition programs.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Employee Relations, handling grievances, investigations, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Support core People Operations by addressing staff inquiries, payroll questions, and benefits administration.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of HR experience in a warehouse or factory environment.
• Experience in e‑commerce, quick commerce, fintech, FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and the capacity to build effective relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision‑making.
