Associate Scientist – Formulation Development & R&D Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Formulation Development and Research & Development team. The role focuses on designing and executing pre‑formulation and formulation trials for new pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely progress toward scale‑up and technology transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature surveys and perform pre‑formulation and formulation experiments for new products.
• Document and report trial observations and results according to SOPs.
• Operate laboratory instruments in compliance with GMP standards after training.
• Prepare samples for stability and bio‑equivalence studies.
• Execute pilot, scale‑up, and validation batches and generate required documentation.
• Follow occupational safety and waste procedures.
• Support any additional tasks related to product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
