ATM Setup & Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ATM Setup & Support Specialist to configure, test and maintain ATMs across our network. The role involves working closely with IT, Operations and project teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing stability of ATM services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ATM setup, configuration and parameterisation based on business and project requirements.
• Support testing activities (UAT), including transaction validation, screen/state flow verification and issue reporting.
• Troubleshoot ATM and switching issues, analyse root causes and support timely resolution.
• Monitor ATM performance and transaction behaviour to ensure service stability.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, UAT and Project teams for smooth implementation and support.
• Execute daily operational tasks (BAU) and ensure proper tracking and closure.
• Follow standard procedures, templates and documentation practices for all configurations and activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Participate in team meetings, stand‑ups and training sessions to build technical knowledge.
• Maintain proper documentation of activities, issues and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in cards, payments or ATM environments.
• Basic understanding of ATM transaction flows and banking systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• ATM setup and configuration concepts.
• Transaction flow testing and validation.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle/SQL or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
