Aviation Manager

About the role

The Aviation Manager will lead all aviation‑related activities for Travitell Egypt, ensuring seamless flight arrangements and high‑quality air travel services for corporate and individual clients. Based in Heliopolis, this full‑time position works closely with airlines, internal teams and customers to deliver safe, efficient and compliant travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate flight bookings, schedules and aircraft availability to meet client requirements.
• Manage relationships with airline partners, negotiate contracts and monitor service performance.
• Monitor flight safety practices and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Evaluate aircraft options, optimize routes and adjust programs to improve efficiency.
• Analyse operational data, identify issues affecting flight plans and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance documents.
• Lead and mentor staff involved in aviation operations, fostering a culture of safety and customer focus.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, customer service) to align aviation services with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess flight operations, performance data and service efficiency.
• Knowledge and experience in aircraft and aviation operations, including airline procedures and fleet capabilities.
• Proven program‑management experience for planning, executing and monitoring aviation projects.
• Solid understanding of flight safety principles and best practices.
• Relevant experience in aviation management, airline operations or travel‑industry aviation coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Heliopolis, handle multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
