B2 NTR Engineer – Airbus A320 Maintenance

About the role

The B2 NTR Engineer will join the aircraft maintenance team to complete the Airbus A320 type training programme and obtain company authorisation. The role involves performing supervised maintenance tasks in line with ECAR 145 standards and Air Arabia procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully complete the Airbus A320 theoretical and practical type training, examinations and assessments within the scheduled timeframe.
• Maintain accurate training worksheets and task records, and submit them for quality review and certification.
• Perform assigned maintenance, inspection, testing and troubleshooting tasks under authorised supervision.
• Use approved maintenance data, tools, parts and ground support equipment (GSE) correctly.
• Comply with all safety requirements, human‑factors principles, mandatory precautions and approved maintenance procedures.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance, performance and professional conduct.
• Refrain from issuing a Certificate of Release to Service until formal company authorisation is granted.

Required profile

• Valid ECAA Aircraft Maintenance Light‑Weight Technician Rating (LWTR).
• Successful completion of all required training, examinations and the company’s technical assessment.
• Good technical English, computer literacy and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and meet operational requirements.
• Ability to obtain the required airport security pass.
