B2B Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual B2B Content Creator to transform business priorities and keyword clusters into compelling, data‑driven copy. You will produce SEO‑optimized articles, landing pages, case studies, proposals, email drips, LinkedIn posts, and short‑video scripts in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into briefs with hypotheses, sources, interview targets, and desired outcomes.
• Conduct primary research (interviews with internal experts and clients) and secondary research using credible sources, statistics, and laws.
• Write long‑form SEO articles, landing pages, case studies, brochures, RFPs, email sequences, LinkedIn posts, and short‑video scripts.
• Iterate content for different buyer‑journey stages (Awareness, Consideration, Decision) and personas.
• Produce content in Arabic and English with audience‑appropriate tone.
• Prepare designer briefs for static and motion assets, review storyboards and cuts.
• Tailor copy for LinkedIn company pages, leadership profiles, website, blog, email, proposals, and webinars.
• A/B test hooks, headlines, subject lines, and CTAs; track performance and re‑optimize monthly.
• Maintain editorial calendar, status board, SLA, style guide, and terminology for both languages.
• Perform fact‑checking, plagiarism checks, and ensure legal compliance.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B content creation or copywriting experience, preferably in HR services, recruitment, outsourcing, or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio of SEO articles, case studies, landing pages, and short‑video scripts that drove business metrics.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Good understanding of Egypt’s HR and employment landscape is a plus.
