B2B Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a versatile B2B Content Creator who will turn business priorities and keyword clusters into compelling, data‑driven copy for a range of marketing assets. The role requires fluency in both Arabic and English and a strong focus on the HR and recruitment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed content briefs based on business goals, hypotheses, and target personas.
• Conduct primary research by interviewing internal experts and clients, and secondary research using credible sources, statistics and legal references.
• Write long‑form SEO articles, landing pages, case studies, brochures, RFPs, email drips, LinkedIn posts and short‑video scripts.
• Adapt content for each stage of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision) and for multiple channels such as websites, blogs, proposals and webinars.
• Create and hand‑off designer briefs for static and motion assets, review storyboards and ensure brand‑consistent tone.
• Perform A/B testing on headlines, hooks, subject lines and CTAs, track performance metrics and provide monthly optimisation reports.
• Maintain the editorial calendar, status board and style guide for both Arabic and English, including fact‑checking and plagiarism checks.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B content creation or copywriting, preferably within HR services, recruitment, outsourcing or SaaS.
• Demonstrated portfolio of SEO articles, case studies, landing pages and short‑video scripts that drove measurable business results.
• Familiarity with Egypt’s HR and employment landscape is a plus.
