Back Office Operations Specialist – Live Streaming

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily live‑streaming operations for a global social platform. You will handle broadcaster and user data, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process broadcaster and user data, updating internal systems.
• Coordinate with front‑line teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor live rooms for policy compliance and flag violations.
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports for streamers and campaigns.
• Assist with contract and payment documentation, including tracking and reconciliation.
• Support escalated user and anchor inquiries from customer‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations departments to streamline processes.
• Suggest and implement process improvements while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong back‑office operations experience (data entry, records management, reporting).
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic finance knowledge for payment tracking and reconciliations.
• Commercial awareness of live‑streaming campaigns and promotions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field (preferred).
