Bank Telesales Agent – Katameya & 6th of October

About the role
Join a leading banking institution as a Telesales Agent, working from modern indoor offices in Katameya Industrial Area and the 6th of October branches. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting banking products, and driving new account acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote banking services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for new accounts and product uptake.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system.
- Provide clear information and resolve basic customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Gross salary of EGP 9,000 with commission potential up to EGP 20,000.
- Fixed working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Friday and Saturday off.
- Transportation provided.
- Medical and social insurance coverage.
