About the role
Concentrix is looking for a Banking Customer Service Advisor to provide English‑language support for a global banking client. You will interact with international customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information related to banking services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Required profile
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.

- Salary up to 21,800 EGP gross (including KPIs & night‑shift allowance).
- Paid training period.
- Five‑day work week with rotational two‑day offs.
- Structured rotational shifts.
- 24/7 door‑to‑door transportation for female staff after 9 PM.
