Bar Team Member (Bar Tender)

About the role

A Radisson hotel in Marsa Alam is looking for a stylish Bar Tender to join its team. The role is about mixing drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests, working within a team that delivers a positive and timely response to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Take responsibility for the duties assigned, carrying them out in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are met.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation ready for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
