Bar Waiter – Hospitality Service Role

About the role

Join a vibrant hotel within the Accor network and become a key member of the bar team. As a Bar Waiter you will deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a designated bar station, taking and serving guest orders promptly.
• Present daily specials, soups, and drinks, and explain menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Welcome guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting, using names when possible.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote targeted services and suggest alternatives to enhance sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, safeguarding any guest belongings.
• Follow all Food & Beverage department procedures, operational standards, and weekly schedules.
• Participate in orientation training and bi‑annual performance assessments.

Required profile
