Bar Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Waiter to join our hotel’s food and beverage team. You will work in the restaurant or bar, delivering high‑quality service to guests while upholding our standards of responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated station in the restaurant or bar, ensuring it is always ready for service.
• Take and serve customer orders, suggest alternatives, and promote targeted sales.
• Prepare service plates, collect empty dishes, and coordinate with bus staff and interns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, handling any personal belongings left by guests.
• Follow departmental procedures, operational rules, and quality‑management standards.
• Plan working hours according to the schedule set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Participate in orientation training and two performance assessments each year.

Required profile

• At least a vocational school or high‑school diploma; a related certification is required for high‑school graduates.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality or food‑and‑beverage industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to the role.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, soft drinks, and cocktails, including proper presentation.
