About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who will provide support in both English and French. Based in Qesm El Maadi with hybrid flexibility, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and French.
- Resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
- Document all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic communication.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments is preferred.
