BIM Architectural Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Architectural Specialist to join our team in Alexandria on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The specialist will create and manage building information models that support our architectural design and planning activities, ensuring seamless integration across project disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update BIM models for a variety of architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Provide design support and contribute to solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate architectural solutions with other building systems and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist in preparing documentation and visualisations derived from BIM data.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven ability to produce detailed and accurate architectural designs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar BIM role is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing building information models.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and integration concepts.
