About the role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our New Cairo retail banking branch. The role focuses on growing a high‑quality portfolio, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and supervise staff to meet service delivery standards.
- Drive acquisition of quality customer portfolios and conduct customer profiling in line with bank policies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the local market and provide feedback to product development.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to predict attrition and maintain low churn rates.
- Ensure the branch maintains an acceptable risk rating by adhering to credit and operating policies and monitoring accounting controls.
- Set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and identify training and development needs for staff.
- Collaborate with credit, collection, and recovery teams to obtain approvals and recommend expansion opportunities.
- Implement reward and retention programs for high‑performing employees.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a retail banking branch or similar financial institution.
- Strong understanding of banking policies, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development capabilities.
