Brand Experience Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is looking for a Brand Experience Specialist in Cairo. The role leads the planning and flawless execution of the company's global events and exhibitions portfolio, creating on-ground brand experiences that unify the EVA Pharma identity across markets, engage healthcare and industry audiences, and amplify the brand at every congress, tradeshow and activation worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the global events portfolio, ensuring branding, formats and experiences match business goals and audience expectations.
• Directly lead the company's presence at flagship international exhibitions, end to end.
• Indirectly review, approve and ensure a consistent brand identity across secondary and cross-functional activations such as Africa Excon, EASD, corporate on-ground activations and HR activations.
• Drive events from concepting and creative design through pre-production, working with the Content Creator on brand messaging and with designers on booth graphics and experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential on-ground activation or brand marketing.
• Ability to manage contractors, agencies, vendors and event budgets.

Required skills

• Strong project management skills, able to run multiple high-visibility events at once.
• Hands-on experience managing contractors, agencies, vendors and budgets.
