Brand Manager - CHANEL Beauty (Egypt)

About the role

CHANEL Beauty is looking for a Brand Manager in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for delivering both top-line and bottom-line targets. The role oversees commercial operations across Egypt and works closely with store teams and retailers to achieve targets through an advanced customer and people experience while raising brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual strategic plan and budget, aligned with brand vision and business objectives
• Take part in strategic meetings with suppliers, marketing, merchandising and regional teams to negotiate margins, activations and exclusivities
• Work with the Marketing team to define and implement an effective marketing mix across boutiques and new openings
• Own and monitor the annual budget with Finance, and track performance against financial targets
• Oversee daily commercial operations and implement corrective actions to meet sales, margin and profitability targets
• Approve brand mix and support store openings, closures and renovations, and contribute to demand planning and stock optimization
• Maintain long-term relationships with brand owners, suppliers and key partners, and negotiate commercial targets, store locations and brand support agreements
• Run structured feedback mechanisms, surveys and benchmark analysis to champion customer experience
• Prepare budget updates and performance insights with the General Manager, and lead and join Sales and Retail Managers meetings
• Analyse counter and brand profitability, market share and growth opportunities, and review monthly performance reports
• Implement in-store marketing and brand animation guidelines in line with Chanel standards, and monitor competitors and market trends

Required profile

• Demonstrated commercial background with solid financial acumen
• 3-5 years of experience in a Brand Management role within the Beauty or FMCG industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Agile, data-driven mindset able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
