About the role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to join a leading company and play a pivotal role in shaping and growing its brand within the fashion retail and cosmetics sectors. The role involves developing brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity across channels, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen awareness and market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
- Support and oversee marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Conduct on‑site visits to supervise photoshoots and ensure brand guidelines are applied.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management.
- Background in fashion retail or cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
