About the role
The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy within the insurance brokerage market. This role ensures a consistent brand identity across all channels, driving awareness, trust, and customer engagement to support growth in both retail and corporate segments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define, maintain, and protect the company’s brand identity.
- Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline media.
- Measure campaign performance, analyse ROI, and optimise future initiatives.
- Oversee digital brand presence, including website, social media, and paid advertising.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and ongoing brand tracking.
- Use market insights to refine brand positioning and communication.
- Prepare and manage the annual brand budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- 5–7 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, with proven success in integrated campaigns.
