Business Analyst – Performance & Data Insights

About the role
The Business Analyst will act as a strategic partner, turning data into actionable insights that drive organizational performance. You will monitor key metrics, identify gaps and risks, and recommend improvements across all business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate performance across departments, creating executive dashboards and scorecards.
- Analyze KPIs, financial indicators, workforce data and highlight trends, gaps, and risks.
- Design interactive BI dashboards and automate reporting processes.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for under‑performing processes and propose efficiency improvements.
- Identify and evaluate AI and automation opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Support cross‑functional strategic projects and lead special analytical initiatives.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and performance reviews for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience working with senior management and presenting insights to executives.
- Proactive approach to identifying performance gaps and driving improvement initiatives.
