Business Consultant (German Speaker) – Associate

About the role

Support organizations in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and achieving strategic goals. You will work alongside experienced consultants to analyse challenges, identify improvement areas and help implement solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross‑functional teams in designing and implementing Global Business Services (GBS) Target Operating Models.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and harmonisation of processes across GBS functions.
• Create and maintain process documentation such as SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Assist with baselining activities and preparation of GBS business case inputs.
• Analyse existing operating models, processes and service‑delivery setups to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Draft change‑management materials to support TOM implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials that communicate TOM design concepts, benefits and outcomes to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
